Most of one's words are thougths from different topics. Another symptom of this disorder is jumping from one topic to another without finishing any of them. This disorder often manifest when one is highly stressed out, excited, trying to understand a theory, strat, or email that is close to un-understandable.

I don't have that too, I'm not as intense as you... usually am quiet if I'm so stressed
